Módulo generador de señales DDS AD9850 (Direct Digital Synthesis). Genera ondas senoidales y cuadradas de aproximadamente 0 a 40 MHz usando un reloj de referencia integrado de 125 MHz. La palabra de ajuste de frecuencia se carga mediante una interfaz serie sencilla (W_CLK, FQ_UD, DATA, RESET) o mediante un bus paralelo de 8 bits (D0-D7). Salidas senoidales ZOUT1/ZOUT2, salidas cuadradas/comparador QOUT1/QOUT2. Alimentación a 5V.

Alimenta el módulo con 5V (VCC) y GND. Control serie (recomendado, 4 líneas): W_CLK (word clock), FQ_UD (frequency update / latch), DATA (datos serie) y RESET, cada una a un pin digital libre del microcontrolador. Ojo: en este módulo el pin de actualización está rotulado como FU_UD (= FQ_UD). Como alternativa, se puede usar el bus paralelo de 8 bits D0-D7 más W_CLK/FQ_UD/RESET. Salidas: ZOUT1/ZOUT2 entregan la senoide, QOUT1/QOUT2 la salida cuadrada/comparador. El módulo tiene su propio reloj de referencia de 125 MHz; no se necesitan componentes externos de protección para placas de 5V. En una placa de 3,3V (ESP32/ESP8266), conecta las líneas de control mediante un level shifter.
