Terms of Use

These Terms of Use apply when you use the services of Otronic B.V. or our affiliated companies, including our application programming interfaces, software, tools, developer services, data, documentation, and websites ("Services"). The Terms include our Service Terms, Sharing and Publication Policy, Usage Guidelines, and any other documentation, guidelines, or policies that we may provide in writing. By using our Services, you agree to these Terms. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use personal information.

Registration and Access

• Reverse engineer, decompile, translate, disassemble, attempt to discover the source code or underlying components of the models, algorithms, and systems of the Services, or otherwise obtain (except to the extent such restrictions are prohibited by applicable law).
• Use the output of the Services to develop models that compete with Otronic.
• Except as permitted through the API, use any automated or programmatic method to extract data or output from the Services, including scraping, web harvesting, or web data extraction.
• Misrepresent that output of the Services is generated by humans when it is not, or otherwise act in violation of our Usage Guidelines.
• Buy, sell, or transfer API keys without our prior consent.
• Send us any personal information of children under the age of 10.
• Comply with any rate limitations and other requirements in our documentation.
• Use the Services only in geographic areas currently supported by Otronic.

(d) Third-Party Services

• Any third-party software, services, or other products that you use in connection with the Services are subject to their own terms, and we are not responsible for third-party products.

Content

(a) Your Content

• You may provide input to the Services ("Input") and receive output generated and returned by the Services based on the Input ("Output"). Input and Output together constitute "Content."
• Between the parties and to the extent permitted by applicable law, you own all Input. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Otronic hereby assigns to you all of its rights, titles, and interests in and to the Output.
• This means that you can use Content for any purpose, including commercial purposes such as sale or publication, as long as you comply with these Terms.
• Otronic may use Content to provide and maintain the Services, comply with applicable laws, and enforce our policies.
• You are responsible for Content, including ensuring that it does not violate any applicable laws or these Terms.

(b) Consistency of Content

• Due to the nature of machine learning, Output may not be unique to different users, and the Services may generate the same or similar output for Otronic or a third party.
• For example, you may provide Input to a model like "What color is the sky?" and receive Output like "The sky is blue."
• Other users may also ask similar questions and receive the same response.
• Responses requested by and generated for other users are not considered your Content.

(c) Use of Content to Improve Services

• We do not use Content that you provide to our API ("API Content") to develop or improve our Services.
• We may use Content that you provide to our API to improve our models, algorithms, and systems, including but not limited to training new models.

Termination

• You may stop using our Services at any time.
• We may suspend or terminate your access to our Services if you violate these Terms.

Changes

• We may modify these Terms at any time.

Warranty and Disclaimer

• The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranty.

Liability

• We are not liable for any loss of profits, data, use, or other intangible losses.

Dispute Resolution

• If you have a dispute with Otronic, we will try to resolve it through mediation and consultation.
